Sorry for the confusion in regards to the comment not showing straight away. I have it set that I have to approve them. It’s mostly to stop spam and trolls. But now you have been approved you shouldn’t have this problem.

Wolverine Volume Six #1–7
Wolverine Volume Six: Three Months to Die #8–12
Wolverine Annual #1

How would these be put into order for the lead in, I know these are in publication order, but I would love to read the entire run up to the Wolverines.

I believe the ending should be Weapon X 5 and then Logan Legacy 7 – followed by The Wolverines. Tells you at the end of Weapon X 5. 🙂 Cheers!

I believe you should swap Logan Legacy #7 to last and Weapon X #5 right before. Story jumps back into the present in Logan Legacy 7 (plus it tells you the order at the end of Weapon X 5. After Logan Legacy 7 starts The Wolverines – Thanks for putting together the list nonetheless.

In reply to YuRa DooSh. They are ordered by date. The Death of Wolverine should be read first. Then any one-shot, tie-in or miniseries can be read in any order. I say this as Marvel have been releasing them all around the same time. So i would say they are sequels of the the DoW mini than of each other.

I have the same question as Ghozt above here, Are these listed in the order that they are supposed to be read in or just by the date they are being released?

So far the Wiki lists the following titles for lead in/ background issues:
Wolverine Vol 5 #5-7
Wolverine Vol 6 #1-7
Wolverine Three Months to Die #8-12
Wolverine Annual #1

Hope that may help a bit.

Thanks for putting together this list, so far you’re the only person that I have seen online putting together this list. I like to read my comics in events just makes for a bigger and clearer picture imo. I agree with Vision007’s thought regarding the comics leading into this event would be much appreciated! Will you be ordering the comics as they are meant to be read or just the date they are being released? Thanks again for the info! It really is quite helpful!

Thanks for the checklist. I have read the first 2 issues of the Death of Wolverine and it’s so far been a good ride. It’ll be sad to see Logan no longer in the print for a while. 🙁

In reply to Jimmy. I think in this instance you probably won't have to as it will focus more on how Wolverine's death has effected Nightcrawler. If there is any threads from the previous issue then they shouldn't be too difficult to pickup on. Plus, Marvel hasa recap page that lets you you know what has happened previously to get you up to speed.
