Thanks to many epic runs, Thor has had some absolute cracking stories. It’s with this list that I highlight 10 of them featuring stories old and new, with plenty of classics and fan favourites.

While the latest Fantastic Four movie might a bit of a dud, these four fantastic (pun intended) comic book runs on the team will hopefully show that The Fantastic Four is better than the sum of a lousy movies or three.

In part one of this new storyline, “The Last Days of Midgard”, Thor must defend the Earth from two large but very different threats in different points in his life.
