Are you the kind of person who likes to keep track of your media? Perhaps you’re the kind of person who meticulously logs what they watch on Letterboxd or their reading on Goodreads. I’m like that too. For me, it’s about tracking the comics I have read. And due to this habit, I’ve noted every comic I’ve read since 2017. It’s all thanks to a special comics reading tracker I want to share.
The tracking spreadsheet started off as simple list. However, it has been iterated on over the years to include more data input options and a flashy dashboard that highlights statistics about your reading goals and habits. 2025’s edition of the comics reading tracker is the best one yet, with an overhauled stats tab to make it feel more like a dashboard.

The tracker gives readers the ability to:
- List the comics they have read throughout the year, noting down details like series, issue number, publisher, and format
- Set goal a goal for how many comics you aim to read in 2025
- Track how your current reading habits are performing against your chosen reading goal
- See reading statistics related to publisher and format
- NEW: Rate each comic they have read
- NEW: See statistics about their ratings
It’s up to you on how you use it. You can use all the bells and whistles of the spreadsheet to encourage yourself to read more comics. Alternatively, you can use it as a ledger for your reading habits.

Don’t stress if you’re not proficient with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. All you need to do is to add the comics you have read throughout 2025. The existing formulas will do the rest. There are instructions in the sheet for those who want to make customisations to suit their needs.
Regarding customisations, feel free to edit and expand upon the Comics Reading Tracker 2025 however you see fit. I would love to see your changes. The Comics Tracking Spreadsheet 2025 is perfect for those who love to track their reading – especially if they enjoy extracting granular data from it. For others, the goals setting and tracking functionality will be up their alley and encourage them to read as much as they can all year.
