First appearing in 1941’s All-Star Comics #8, Wonder Woman burst onto the scene. Created by William Moulton Marston and H. G. Peter, she was inspired by the Amazonian warriors of Greek legend while also embodying female empowerment. As a result, she is a pillar of DC Comics and transcended comics to become a feminist icon and a star on TV and film.
In 2021 Wonder Woman will mark the 80th anniversary of her first appearance. To celebrate this massive milestone, How to Love Comics will publish articles throughout the year that celebrate her long history. We’ll take a look at classic stories, highlight creators who have worked on the comics, her villains, and much more. There will also be the occasional guest writer to join the celebration, allowing for different perspectives on the character and her stories.
We’re calling it “A Year of Wonder”.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a long-time fan or only know her from the movies, there will be something for everyone. Hopefully, you’ll find plenty of new Wonder Woman stories to enjoy and perhaps see her in ways you hadn’t before. And if you’ve never read the comics before, hopefully, this will set you off on a wonderful (sorry) reading adventure!
New articles will be available throughout the year. Take a look below to find everything that has been published so far.

Amazing! One of the most iconic character from DC comics, loved when she was Donna Troy, :D!
