Since 2015, DC Super Hero Girls has reimagined many of DC Comics heroes as young high school students. Through fun adventures, these young heroes face the awkwardness of growing up while also learning how to use their powers so they can be the best heroes they can be. The line has been incredibly popular and has spread to toys, animated series, and graphic novels.

This handy guide focuses on the DC Super Hero Girls graphic novels, answering all your questions and highlighting the adventures available to read.

Soon you or a loved one will be immersed into this fantastical world of the DC Super Hero Girls!

Who Are These Graphic Novels For?

While the primary audience for the DC Super Hero Girls line is girls aged 6 to 10 years old, there is no reason why people who fall outside of that demographic cannot read them. They’re certainly suitable for the young and young at heart!

Also, there’s no reason why boys cannot read them either – especially if they’re fans of superheroes such as Wonder Woman, Batgirl, Supergirl, or Harley Quinn. Just because these graphic novels are made for girls doesn’t mean that boys won’t enjoy them either.

Do I Need To Read These In Any Specific Order?

Nope. Like a lot of content created for younger readers, each of these graphic novels tells a self-contained story from beginning, middle, and end. As a result, these can be read in any order.

The list of graphic novels I have above is listed based on release order as it seemed the most logical way at the time.

Where Can I Buy These Graphic Novels?

Now that you know all about these graphic novels, it’s time to read them. You can find them at all good comic book stores, book stores, eBay, digitally, and online.

Don’t forget, there are also libraries. Many libraries have a healthy kid’s graphic novel section nowadays. You can use WorldCat to find out if any of the libraries near you have DC Super Hero Girls available for loan.
