By 2 Comments

Superman was introduced to the world in the pages of Action Comics #1 all the way back in 1938. Over the past 80 years, this brainchild of Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster has endured and has become not only lasted his contemporaries but also been able to remain relevant and popular. If you think about it, that’s a massive achievement. How many characters in any medium still have such an impact today?

To celebrate Superman’s 80th anniversary, How to Love Comics will be publishing a series of Superman-centric articles throughout the year to honour the momentous occasion. So what can you expect? Without give too much away, there will be an exploration of classic stories. A deep-dive into the concepts that are unique to Superman. A spotlight the people who crafted the stories. There will even focus on the characters that surround Superman and makes the mythos so rich.

For those who claim that Superman is boring, hopefully, I can convince you otherwise. Superman is a fantastic character, so please hang around so you can see why!
